Returns
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 working days for card payments and within 14 working days for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds
For card payments, the refund will be credited back to the original card used during checkout. For COD orders, our team will contact you to collect your bank details for processing the refund. Please ensure the details provided are accurate, as incorrect information may delay the refund. Refunds for COD orders may take up to 14 business days to complete.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
